Grants Office agreement process

Agreements that need the signature of the KI legal signatory official have to go through Grants Office.

Most agreements will also require the signatures of the Head of the department and the PI.

If you receive an agreement draft or request, please forward it to and state which project it relates to, who the PI is and which department.

The Grants Office contact will handle the agreement process, keep you informed and when needed seek help and approval from the KI lawyers.

All agreements, when finalised and signed, should be registered and archived at the department together with the project.
