Invite external users to MFT
On this page we describe how to invite external users to the MFT service.
1. Open your browser and log into mft.ki.se.
2. Click on the icon with your initial in the top right-hand corner.
3. Select ”Invite Users”.
4. Enter the email address of the user you wish to invite. Then click on ”Send invitation”.
5. The user then receives an invitation via email.
6. The user clicks on the "Register here" link to create a guest account at KI.
7. Once the user has filled in the details, they click on ”Submit”. The user then comes to the login page for the MFT service, mft.ki.se.
8. Once the user has logged in, a page is displayed with QR code.
9. Scan the QR-koden in an approved MFA app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator. Then enter the code from the MFA app.
10. Done! If all went as it should, the user is now logged into the MFT service.
