IT Office

The IT Office is responsible for common IT infrastructure at Karolinska Institutet with the mission to lay the foundation for a secure, accessible and cost-effective information supply for KI's operations.

The IT Office consists of management support (IT architect and IT security manager) and four units. The management team includes the IT director, head of units, controller, IT architect and IT security manager.

IT Stab

The IT Stab's mission is to support the IT department with business-wide issues, such as business development, project management and staff administration.

The unit also includes the Portfolio Office team, responsible for managing KI's digitization portfolio.

IT Service

The service unit comprises ITA's primary contact areas with the core operations and includes the teams Helpdesk, Campus support, Application support, Service managers and the Customer Relations. You are always welcome to contact your contact person at Customer relations.

IT Infrastructure

The unit consists of the groups Infrastructure platforms and Operations, which are responsible for the technical delivery and operation of, for example, networks for data centres, CORE facilities and campus.

IT Development

Consists of the groups IT System management and Architecture, Development and Integration. IT System Management collaborates with the system managers for each IT object. ADI works, among other things, with environments around as well as development, maintenance and corrections of applications, and provides support with quality assurance.
