About me
I am a post-doctoral researcher in Biostatistics, working with Keith Humphreys on developing and extending statistical models for breast cancer growth and spread.
Other research interests cover the areas of survival analysis, statistical simulation, longitudinal data analysis, joint longitudinal-survival modelling, statistical issues in electronic health records data, kidney disease epidemiology.
My PhD thesis focussed on studying multilevel statistical methods applied in the settings of electronic health records. A digital copy can be found here.
