About me

PhD student in the PROCOME research group at MMC, LIME. Working as an implementation expert at the Centre for epidemiology and community medicine.

Research description

My thesis examines the perspectives of local politicians and management in the implementation of evidence-based practice in social services. The studies highlight factors that managers in social services perceive influence the implementation of evidence-based practice, what role and which actions local political committees take to support the implementation. Further, one of the studies examines if local political committees might be aided in their support efforts through an intervention targeting the committees’ capability, motivation, and opportunity.

I am also involved in research concerning building implementation capacity in health care and social service organizations.
