About me
- Background in method development. Currently focusing on investigating gene
regulation in the adult brain and how dysfunctional gene regulation may be
connected to schizophrenia.
With a background in development of molecular assays, I am currently working
on understanding the dynamic roles of neurodevelopmental transcription
factors and their potential role in schizophrenia. For this purpose I am
applying CRISPRi technology /in vivo/ and single cell RNA sequencing for
transcriptomic profiling of the adult mouse brain.
