Research description

The focus of my research lies in the development and use of different methods to measure and value health and quality of life. Examples of methods or instruments I work with are: disease-specific quality of life instruments, Time Trade-Off (TTO), the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), EQ-5D, and HUI-3. The research within the Vinnvård fellowship will concentrate on large-scale application of health outcome data to inform decision-making in the Swedish health care system. My research also comprises cost-effectiveness analyses of health care interventions, systematic reviews of health economic studies, and evaluation of ethical aspects in Health Technology Assessment (HTA).
