About me

I am a PhD student in medical management. My background is in psychology and my research interest is making scientific knowledge, evidence, useful in practice by improving the use and production of evidence.

Research description

I am member of the research group PROCOME which focuses on research on effects and implementation of innovative improvement programs in different type of organizations, with specific focus on health and social care. The research aims to increase knowledge regarding the effects and implementation of different types of improvement programs.

For my PhD project I am doing a mixed-methods longitudinal evaluation of a team implementation training designed to build implementation capacity for sustainable implementation in health care and welfare.
