About me

  • I am Associate Professor (Docent) at MMK, KI, team leader of the "Multi-omics analyses in cancer" team which is part of the Clinical Genetics group.

    I am also a Senior Consultant in Clinical Genetics at Karolinska University Hospital . At the clinic, I meet patients with hereditary cancer and at our clinical laboratory, I analyse constitutional variants in whole genome sequencing as well as somatic genetic alterations in haematological malignancies.

Research

  • *Research projects:*
    (1) Multi-omics analyses of liquid biopsies as a minimally invasive biopsy for diagnosis, prognosis and monitoring in adults and children with cancer
    and other conditions.
    (2) Hereditary Cancer: Multi-omics analyses for improvement of diagnostics of hereditary cancer as well as characterisation of clinical phenotype and evaluation of surveillance in rare hereditary cancer syndromes
