Research description
I am currently working on both methodological and applied research. I have several areas of methodological research, including machine learning for time-to-event outcomes and methods for vaccine research. I am also generally interested in clinical trial design, causal inference and exact testing. I assist with statistical expertise in several areas of epidemiological and clinical research, including Malaria vaccine, Prostate cancer treatment, HIV and ageing and, IRIS.
