My research aims to assess the association between exposure and disease of specific components of ultra-processed foods.
I am currently working as a PhD student in Nutritional Epidemiology at the unit of Cardiovascualar and Nutritional Epidemiology, at the Institute of Environmental Medicine (IMM). I have a background within nutritional science.
