About me

I am currently pursuing a PhD in geriatric epidemiology at the Aging Research Center (NVS). My main interests include multimorbidity, chronic kidney disease and different social health domains in old age.

I am also part of the steering group of the Doctoral Programme in Epidemiology as student representative and affiliated with the Swedish National Graduate School on Aging and Health (SWEAH).

Research description

The overall aim of my doctoral project is to investigate the longitudinal trajectories and synergistic effects between multimorbidity and kidney function in old age, which will contribute to a better understanding of the complex and dynamic evolution of people with multimorbidity and optimize their management and care.

My project uses data from the Swedish National Study on Aging and Care in Kungsholmen (SNAC-K).
