Research description

Presently empowerment of patients using ICT including studies on Patient access to Electronic Health Records eg. in the NordeHealth project with Sweden, Norway, Finland and Estonia.

Interoperability for clinical care and for clinical research, see EHR4CR.EU.

Decision support, early on when the GDL language was developed with openEHR and recently in the EU-project C3-Cloud with decision support for care of elderly with multiple chronic diseases.

Mobile health support for treatment of HIV and tuberculosis in Mozambique.

Information Security with the introduction of Public Key Infrastructure.
