Postdoctoral researcher, Marie Curie
Hongya Geng has joined the Stevens group as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow. He obtained a PhD in physiochemistry at Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (China). He has worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Tsinghua University (China) and Imperial College London (UK), where he studied a series of technologies to engineer hydrogels, conductive polymers, and plasmonic nanoparticles for 3D Raman imaging, photoacoustic imaging, diagnostics, photothermal therapeutics, and nerve repair. Outside the lab, he enjoys reading, hiking, workout, and games.
