About me
I am a postdoctoral researcher specialized in cancer epidemiology at the Unit of Epidemiology of the Karolinska Institutet. I have a PhD in epidemiology and public health and my educational background is in mathematics and biostatistics, especially in survival analysis and longitudinal data analysis.
Research description
My previous research has been focused mainly on breast cancer screening. My PhD aimed to to estimate a woman’s risk of developing invasive breast cancer applying individualized risk models based on her personal risk factors in order to personalize breast cancer screening.
Currently, my research is focused on childhood cancer.
