Julien Bous

I am Structural Biologist with a focus on GPCRs, which constitute one of the most significant and diverse protein families in human physiology. My research endeavors center on elucidating the structures and functional dynamics of GPCRs by CryoEM, with particular emphasis on two distinct subclasses: Class A (AVP/OT) receptors and Class F GPCRs. My work involves an integrated approach, combining structural biology, molecular dynamics and pharmacology and structural-based drug design.
