I am a research assistant at MMC/LIME/Karolinska Institutet experienced mainly in qualitative research methods. My interests are in management and leadership of hospitals and other healthcare organizations. I have ten years of clinical working experience as a physiotherapist (Uppsala University Hospital in Uppsala, Sweden) and a Master's Degree in Public Health - Health Economics, Policy and Management at Karolinska Institutet 2015.
Master thesis: Transformation or Relocation? - an interview study about the specialization of a university hospital.
I am currently involved in two projects regarding care pathways and leadership in psychiatric care in Stockholm County council, one project regarding improving patient safety at the Astrid Lindgren Children's Hospital in Stockholm, and one project regarding reimbursement models and healthcare delivery for orthopedic patients in Stockholm.
Spring semester 2015: 4FH056 Introduction to Health and Medical Care Management. Involved in course planning and teaching change management.
2001: Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy at Uppsala University.
2015: Master's Degree in Public Health - Health Economics, Policy and Management at Karolinska Institutet 2015.
