About me
- I obtained my PhD at Karolinska Institutet in 2017 with the thesis
“Personality in relation to health, psychosocial work environment and
occupational health intervention adherence [1]”. In the thesis, I found
that health-relevant persronality is associated with indicators of health and
the psychosocial work environment, studied both cross-sectionally and
longitudinally.
Currently, I am working on a large-scale project investigating
civility/incivility and disrespectful behavior in retail. The project is
financed by The Swedish Retail and Wholesale Council (Handelsrådet) and is
implemented in collaboration with the Swedish Trade Federation (Svensk
Handel) and the Union of commercial employees (Handelsanställdas förbund).
