About me

I work with organizational development as specialist and project leader at the Research Support Office. Presently focusing on support related societal impact. Prior project leader assignments at KI: ALF evaluations 2022 - evaluations of clinical research, education and development of healthcare in accordance with the ALF agreements. “One KI for Sustainable Development” – aiming to ensure a coherent way of working to address the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Agenda 2030; SKISS – Strengthening KI’s strategic collaboration ability, by active interactions with Swedish HEIs and Vinnnova; Biomedicum - Coordination of activities in five departments preparing for a successful move to the new laboratory.

I have more than 20 years experience of organizational development and strategic project leadership of complex projects. Primarily for innovative research and development projects in the pharmaceutical industry, but also in the public sector. In my opinion project leadership and project organization should carefully consider the reflect the organization´s and project's vision, objectives, team members and phases. Since all assignments and projects are different - variety, flexibility and communication are important and stimulating components.
