About me

PhD student at the Department of Global Public Health, Epidemiology of Psychiatric Conditions, Substance use and Social Environment group (EPiCSS). I also work as Statistics and Monitoring Specialist at the Division of Data Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Data and Analytics Section of UNICEF- HQ. 

In this capacity, I coordinate the work on the measurement of mental health among adolescents at the population level (MMAP) project.

Research description

My current scientific interests are measurement aspects of maternal, child and adolescent health at the population level and life course epidemiology. My PhD project aims at developing measurement tools for adolescent mental at the population level by conducting transcultural adaptation and validation of instruments to measure prevalence of depression and anxiety, functional limitations, suicidality, mental health care  and social connectedness.
