Research description

PhD student investigating the Epigenetics of HIV latency and latency reversal. Currently my project focusses on histone citrullination and its relation to HIV latency

I am a local doctoral student representative at my department, a member of the board at the Doctoral Student Association (DSA) and manager of the doctoral education workgroup within the DSA. I am also part of the Union council (Fullmäktige) at Medicinska Föreningen.

Education

2016-2020 Biological sciences with a professional placement (MSci) (1st class). The University of Birmingham (UK)

2018-2019 Professional placement at the Houseley Lab, Babraham Institute, Cambridge (UK). Employed as a research assistant for the last 4 months.
