Combine wet-lab and computational methods to study neurogenetics.

About me

I am a PostDoc in Kristiina Tammimies Lab. My interest is to link genetic findings to human behavior in people with typical development and neurodevelopmental disorders. For my current project, I combine transcriptomic, morphologic and functional data to study CASK-related disorders in case-derived iPSCs and neurons.
