Paul Studenic, specialised in internal medicine and rheumatology, works as post-doc researcher in the team of Anca Catrina studying outcome measures in people at-risk for developing RA.

About me

Paul Studenic is, as post-doc researcher in Anca Catrina’s group, addressing the utility and validation of patient reported outcomes in people at-risk for developing rheumatoid arthritis within the ongoing RISK-RA and PREVENT-RA studies. He did his medical training at the Medical University of Vienna in Austria and his PhD under the supervision of Daniel Aletaha on clinical outcomes, patient perspective and methodological approaches in rheumatoid arthritis. As specialist for Internal medicine he further trained in Rheumatology and was strongly engaged in structuring/quality assurance of patient registries for inflammatory arthritis, Sjögren’s and at-risk patients in Vienna. Furthermore, he is active in collaborative research and education within the network of the European League against Rheumatism.
