About me
Paula received her Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Molecular Biology in 2020 from the University of Strasbourg, France and from Saarland University, Germany. She completed her Master’s degree in Biomedicine at Karolinska Institutet in 2022 with a Master’s thesis focusing on the metabolic activity of adaptive NK cells in cancer.
Paula joined Michael Uhlin’s lab in 2022 for her PhD studies focusing on the role and reconstitution of γδ T cells and their subsets in AML after HSCT. Her second project is aimed at boosting the functionality of γδ T cells in the tumor microenvironment of advanced ovarian cancer.
