About me
Over the course of my PhD in the Institut de Biologie Structurale (IBS Grenoble, 2004-2007), followed by a five years’ postdoc in Harvard Medical school (Boston -MA- USA, 2008-2013), I used NMR spectroscopy approach and developed important skills in specific isotope labelling and membrane protein structural studies, which enabled me to investigate the conformational changes of transmembrane protein. I combined my expertise through another three year of postdoc at the “Institut de Génomique Fonctionnelle” (IGF Montpellier, 2014-2017), and have been recruited to investigate molecular and structural mechanisms of membrane proteins activity, in particular opioid receptor, in the team of Drs S. Granier and B. Mouillac.
In 2023, I'm a guest researcher in Gunnar Schulte's lab to investigate molecular and structural mechanisms of second messenger of class-F receptor.
