Rodrigo has a bachelor in Biomedicine and master's degree in Vaccinology. Currently, he is a PhD student focusing in bioinformatics applied to vaccinology.
About me
During my bachelor, I was a scholarship holder by the Amazon Foundation for Research Support (FAPESPA) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). I worked on projects involving gene molecular biology, cell culture, and flow cytometry. In 2018, I was selected as a fully-funded student by the Erasmus Joint Master Degree in Vaccinology (Leading International Vaccinology Education - LIVE). I defended my master thesis focusing on developing programmes and data analysis to facilitate B cell receptor sequencing. Finally, I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at Karolinska Institutet focused on immune repertoire data analysis and bioinformatics applied to vaccinology.
