Rodrigo has a bachelor in Biomedicine and master degree from the European Erasmus+ Joint Master's Programme in Vaccinology (LIVE). He has a deep interest in bioinformatics applied to vaccinology.
I have completed a Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine at the Federal University of Pará, Brazil. I was a scholarship holder by Amazon Foundation for Research Support (FAPESPA) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). I participated and developed projects involving gene expression, genotyping of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), primary cell culture, and multicolor flow cytometry. I have experience in the field of vaccinology, immunology, and bioinformatics. I was selected as a fully-funded student by the Erasmus Joint Master Degree in Vaccinology (Leading International Vaccinology Education - LIVE) in 2018. I defended my master thesis in July 2020 and I am currently working as a research affiliate in Karolinska Institutet analyzing immune repertoire data.
