Rodrigo has a bachelor in Biomedicine and master's degree in Vaccinology. Currently, he is a PhD student focusing in bioinformatics applied to vaccinology.
I have completed a Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine at the Federal University of Pará, Brazil. I was a scholarship holder by the Amazon Foundation for Research Support (FAPESPA) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). I worked on projects involving gene expression, genotyping of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), primary cell culture, and multicolor flow cytometry. I have experience in the field of vaccinology, immunology, and bioinformatics. In 2018, I was selected as a fully-funded student by the Erasmus Joint Master Degree in Vaccinology (Leading International Vaccinology Education - LIVE). I defended my master thesis in July 2020 and I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at Karolinska Institutet focused on immune repertoire data analysis and bioinformatics applied to vaccinology.
