Research description

My PhD projects are designed to increase our understanding of how multivalent nanoparticle vaccines enhance the induction of B cell responses compared to soluble protein vaccine formulations.

A better understanding of how the immune system interacts with vaccines will allow us to rationally select formulations that have the capacity to elicit stronger immunity and can be advanced into clinical testing. Our studies can ultimately provide information on vaccine antigen persistence, distribution, and the immunological steps for the onset of B cell responses to understand the generation of high-quality and durable antibodies.
