The focus of my PhD programme is to study the effect of aging, joint inflammation, and the protein tartrate resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) on bone strength and remodelling.
About me
I am Doctoral student in Sara Windahl’s group at the Division of Pathology, Department of Laboratory Medicine (Labmed).
I completed my B.Tech+M.Tech (Integrated) in Biotechnology (2013-2018) from Dr. D.Y.Patil Institute, India, following which I completed a one-year Master’s programme in Molecular Biology (2017-2018) at the University of Skövde, Sweden.
I started my PhD studies here at Karolinska Institutet, in 2019. The focus of my PhD programme is to study the effect of aging, joint inflammation, and the protein tartrate resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) on bone strength and remodelling.
