About me
I work as Facility Manager at the Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics
I work in close collaboration with our stakeholders (researchers, teachers, students, other employees, suppliers and other departments within KI) but also with other IT operations.
My role includes the following:
- Responsible for the practical and technical implementation of internal joint meetings and events.
- Overall responsibility for the premises regarding maintenance, cleaning, furnishings, and safety. It also includes room planning and functional adaptation.
- Be the contact person and coordinator towards the property owner Akademiska Hus and KI's real estate department.
- Contract manager for joint service agreements such as cleaning, coffee machines, fruit subscriptions, etc. Contact/follow-up with suppliers.
- Carry out procurements and purchases according to LOU and state framework agreements. Purchase of furniture and other furnishings in addition to standard equipment.
