As postdoc in Samir EL Andaloussi´s group, I am woriking on the assessment of functional macromolecular delivery enhanced by endosomolytic compounds, using in vitro reporter systems and animal models. Delivery of RNA- and protein-therapeutics targeting CNS by using bolus injection and intraventricular osmotic pumps. Evaluation of labelled-oligonucleotides and gene-editors biodistribution by measuring endogenous fluoresce using in vivo imaging systems and light sheet microscopy. Skilled in whole mouse central nervous system (CNS) micro-dissection, for the structural and functional analysis using microscopy, flow cytometry and quantitative PCR.

During my doctoral studies I performed phenotypic analysis of animal models used in pre-clinical studies for BTK inhibitors.
