About me

Managing editor, European Journal of Public Health, Department of Global Public Health.
Research description
My research mainly builds on life course epidemiology and focuses on how prenatal social and biological experiences (e.g., parental socioeconomic and maternal in utero environments) influence future disease risks and health inequalities over the life course and across generations. Currently, I am working with Dr. Neda Razaz on a project aiming to investigate the role of maternal cardiovascular diseases in the developmental origins of long-term offspring health outcomes.
