About me
Postdoctoral researcher in perinatal and pediatric epidemiology, Clinical Epidemiology Division, Department of Medicine (Solna).
Research description
My broad scientific interests include perinatal and pediatric epidemiology, developmental origins of health and disease, and social determinants of heath. Building on life course epidemiology, my research focuses on how perinatal social and biological disadvantages influence future disease risks and health inequalities over the life course and across generations. Currently, I am working with Dr. Neda Razaz on a project aiming to investigate the role of maternal cardiovascular diseases in the developmental origins of long-term offspring health outcomes.
