Revision of ISP - change of supervisors or departments (ISP-system)
When changing supervisor or department changes has to be made to the ISP and forms need to be uploaded to the system.
Change of main supervisor
To change the main supervisor in the system, inform the administrator at the central administration (firstname.lastname@example.org) that the main supervisor should be changed. The new main supervisor will then create a revision based on the previously established study plan (see section 3.2 in the user guide), in other words, the information must not be filled out again. Changes of supervisor are decided upon by the Head of Department and a copy of the decision is attached to the study plan by the student or the supervisor. The student then approves the study plan and it goes into the establishment process.
Change of co-supervisors
The main supervisor opens the study plan for revisions and make the necessary changes under tab 5 – “Supervision/examination”. Please note that the new co-supervisors must have been assigned the role of "Supervisor" in the system to be shown in the list, which is done by the Department administrator. The form "Agreement of the co-supervisor" (see below) has to be filled out and subsequently signed by the co-supervisor. Both the form for change of supervisor and "Agreement of the co-supervisor" are attached to the individual study plan by the doctoral student or supervisor. The student then approves the study plan and it goes into the establishment process.
Change of departments
A new admission has to be done at the new department. When the new department’s Administrator for the doctoral education has completed the admission, the main supervisor can create a new study plan. The doctoral student or supervisor have to attach the decision for change of department and the latest established study plan before the change.
