The upcoming salary review is preliminary planned to the autumn of 2023.
The upcoming salary review is preliminary planned to the autumn of 2023. A new central collective agreement for government employers (including KI) is being negotiated between the Swedish Agency for Government Employers and the central union parties. The current agreements are valid to the last of September 2023 and the new agreements will be valid from 1st of October 2023. The agreements are usually signed in the end of September or beginning of October. The government collective agreements are usually in line with the so called mark for the industrial area that is 7,4 % for two years.
The salary review is regulated by three central collective agreements between Swedish Agency for Government Employers and each trade union, Saco-S, OFR/S,P,O and Seko.
The new salaries will most likely be valid from 1st of October 2023 even if it is paid out later.
Employees covered by the salary review must have a performance management dialog 2, the dialog is mandatory. The dialoges are planned to be conducted in the end of 2023.A digital training for employees about the salary revision is to be found here.
