Description

“Work Environment issues linked to manager responsibilities” is a series of three modules that are part of the Work Environment training at Karolinska institutet. Module 2. Organizational and Social Work Environment is directed towards managers who have already participated in Module 1. Systematic Work Environment Management.

  • Module 1: Systematic Work Environment Management (shall be completed before modules 2 and 3).
  • Module 2: Organizational and Social Work Environment.
  • Module 3: Laboratory Safety. This training is directed towards persons who are responsible for laboratory operations at KI.

Target group

The training is directed towards managers with staff liability and HR-managers having previously participated in Module 1. Systematic Work Environment Management.

Content

The training Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA), linked to manager responsibilities consists of a half day and is based on the Swedish Work Environment Authority´s (Arbetsmiljöverket) provisions AFS 2015:4.
