Research

  • The main focus of my research is to investigate the mechanisms leading to the sustained enrichment of T cells during inflammation in rheumatic autoimmune diseases, and more specifically in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and idiopathic inflammatory myopathies.
    - T-cell effector functions at the site of inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and idiopathic inflammatory myopathies
    - Multicolor Flow Cytometry, Spectral Flow Cytometry and single-cell sorting
    - Cell culture, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescent assays
    - Single-cell RNA sequencing (10X and Smart-seq)
    - Bioinformatic analysis using R
