Research description

I am currently working on sustainable working life project lead by Annina Ropponen. We defined sustainable working life as the absence of labor market non-participation due to unemployment, rehabilitation, sickness absence (SA), or disability pension (DP). Non-participation to labor market has serious consequences for individuals, their families, and the society, but also associated with negative relational, financial and psychological effects. There are large number of studies on risk factors for absence from labor market however sustainable working life has been studied far less.
