About me

I am a doctoral student in the NORDFERTIL research lab Stockholm, at the Department of Women’s and Children’s Health, Childhood Cancer Research Unit, Karolinska Institutet and University Hospital, Stockholm, Sweden.

I have a passion for science and a special interest in reproductive medicine. My motivation is to contribute to human healthcare and develop myself as a scientist who bridges the gap between biomedical research and clinical practice.

Research description

My PhD project aims to elucidate the impact of macrophages on the gonadal microenvironment not only in novel culture conditions but also in testicular tissue obtained from boys who have been subjected to high gonadotoxic treatment protocols.
