About me

  • I am a postdoctoral researcher at Karolinska Institutet. During my Ph.D., I strategically pursued two objectives (i) to examine the long-term trends in smoking initiation and cessation in order to identify age- and gender-specific changes in the Australian population over a 70 years timeline in the Tasmanian Health Survey (TAHS) and Busselton Health Survey (BHS), and (ii) to assess whether lung function outcomes are modulated by smoking behavioral changes and weight gain status among subjects aged 20-67 years in the European Community Respiratory Health Survey (ECRHS).
Now I am currently evaluating development and applications of statistical and computational methods for cancer genomics data.
