PhD in Epidemiology and Registered Nurse with an interest in epidemiological, registered-based research. I have a master’s degree in Public Health, with focus on Epidemiology and clinically I have mainly worked with Oncology and Ear, Nose and Throat care.
My epidemiological research is primarily focused on cancer in children and adolescents, and the role of socioeconomic and sociodemographic factors. I am involved in a Nordic collaborative study with focus on socioeconomic consequences of childhood cancer, using registry data (SALiCCS – Socioeconomic Consequences in Adult Life after Childhood Cancer in Scandinavia).
