About me
- PhD student involved in a project about algorithmic management and how it
affects the organization of work and workers health in the warehousing and
transport industry.
I'm a psychologist and I have exclusively focused on organizational
psychology and workers health in my working life. Currently working part-time
at the Centre for occupational and environmental health at Region Stockholm
while also completing my PhD at KI.
Research
- Doing my thesis in a project who studies the affects algorithmic management
has on the organization of work and workers health and job satisfaction. It
explores this through both interviews with workers, managers and trade unions
and a survey distributed nationwide to warehouse and transport workers.
