About me

I am a Master’s degree Sociologist who am open to find a suitable PhD position to further develop my skills and education.

My research focus on (Digital) Workplace Interactions, Employee Voice & Empowerment, Organizational Culture and Social Change & Stratification.

Research description

I work in the GIG-HEALTH project (Digital labour platforms and its effects on health and well-being: a mixed-method project of gig workers in Sweden), funded by FORTE 2022-2024, with the ongoing participant recruitment for the photovoice study (link: https://news.ki.se/are-you-a-gig-worker-in-stockholm-participate-in-a-s…) (PI: Nuria Matilla Santander). 

Within this project, we aim to investigate whether different types of platform work are associated with various health outcome.
