Tatiana Deliagina is a professor of neuroscience since 2010. Her research is about understanding the neuronal mechanisms responsible for postural control and changes in their operation underlying impairment, as well as recovery of postural functions. What makes us stay upright when we are walking or standing and retrieve balance if we are pushed, and how is this ability affected by damages to the spinal cord?
