About me

George Keel is a Research Manager at the Swedish Institute for Health Economics, and is a member of the clinical management research group at Karolinska Institutet's Medical Management Center. The team is engaged in a range of clinical management and leadership projects in Stockholm County. 

Research description

His research interests lie within the fields of health economics, clinical care delivery management, and health policy. George’s doctoral thesis focused on the development of innovative cost-accounting infrastructures at Danderyd Hospital in Stockholm.

The title of his thesis is: Counting What Counts: Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing in Health Care
