Prach Techameena

I am a PhD cancandidate in computational neurobiology at the department of neuroscience. I am working on understanding the molecular changes at the somatosensory system during pain chronification by utilizing and analysing various omics data.

My interest lies in single-cell and spatial omics technologies and their applications to study the nervous system in healthy and disease, along with aging. I am also interested in developing novel computational methods to analyze and extract insightful information from multi-omics data. Furthermore, I am intrigued by how neural crest derived cells were developed, as well as the evolutionary developmental process of these cells.
