About me

  • Postdoctoral position – Expertise in the assessment of functional macromolecular delivery enhanced by endosomolytic compounds, using in vitro reporter systems and animal models. Delivery of RNA- and protein-based therapeutics targeting CNS by bolus injection and intraventricular osmotic pumps. Biodistribution evaluation of labelled oligonucleotides and gene editors by measuring endogenous fluorescence using in vivo imaging systems and light sheet microscopy. Skilled in whole mouse central nervous system (CNS) microdissection, for the morphological and functional analysis using microscopy, flow cytometry and qPCR.

  • PhD position – Phenotypic analysis of pre-clinical animal models used in studies of BTK inhibitors. Preforming in vivo and ex vivo treatments, immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry analysis of B- and T-cell lineage as well as hematopoietic progenitors. In vitro evaluation of kinase inhibitors, mechanisms of resistance to reversible and irreversible BTK inhibitors and their involvement in the BCR signaling pathway.

  •
  •

  • Expertise in the preparation of human cadaveric specimens, dissection and morphological characterization of the vasculature system distribution pattern in CNS and heart.

  • Experienced researcher in translational medicine with the ability to merge interdisciplinary knowledge into the experimental design. Artistic spirit committed to the work with the ability to learn new things and adapt to multicultural environments. Sense of organization and collaboration, leader in the assigned tasks and skillful when working independently or in big groups.

Research

  • In vivo and ex vivo assestment of small molecules used as therapeuthic alternatives or to enhance macromolecular delivery.

Characterization of anatomical variations with clinical significance to better understand the pathophysiological processes affected by the circulatory system.
