Collaboration
Collaboration is an important part of NVS, and a tool for creating participation and influence, which contributes to a greater understanding of one's own situation and organization goals.
The Department Collaboration Committee is made up of representatives from the employer and organizations representing the employees.
The NVS Department Council consist of representatives from the various professions at NVS and serves as advisor to the NVS management.
