The main principle at KI is that wage setting must be individual and differentiated. Account must be taken of the responsibility and degree of difficulty of the work as well as the person's results and skill. When setting a salary, a comparison must be made with comparable salary setting at KI.

Tuition fees for external teachers:

If an employee receives an hourly wage, holiday pay is added which is paid automatically via the payroll system. All salaries paid through the salary system are taxed.
In addition to the monthly salary, other compensation may be added according to the agreement, e.g. ob compensation or overtime compensation.
