How the challenge works
On April 20, the Get Moving Challenge kicks off — and together we have the chance to create four weeks filled with energy, movement, and well‑being. As a team, we cheer each other on to make small, smart, healthy choices that can truly transform how we feel. Together, we make a difference — one step, one choice, one day at a time

Why participate?
The health challenge is a fun, energizing, and team‑building wellness activity that you take on together with your colleagues. Challenge, support, and inspire each other to move more and feel better.
What you gain
- Get support in prioritizing time for physical activity and recovery
- Try new challenges — individually or as a team
- Strengthen team spirit — motivate and push each other
- Gain inspiration and knowledge through online classes and talks
- Unlock destinations by answering quiz questions
- Contribute to your team and celebrate progress together
- Compete together — win together
How the challenge works
This is a team challenge where you aim to collect 2,800 points on average per person. If you reach that goal, your team completes the entire game board. Some days you’ll earn more points, other days a bit less — aim for an average of 100 points per day.
All movement counts, and you participate at your own level. You don’t need to train every day, but regular activity gives the best results — both for your health and your points.
How you earn points
You collect points by:
- Exercising (minutes) and walking (steps), then logging your activity in the app or web diary
- Answering quiz questions that appear on the game board as your team progresses
- Completing an online workout
- Completing personalized weekly challenges based on your needs (sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress management)
- Completing weekly team challenges
New weekly challenges are released every Monday during the competition.
Which activities count?
All physical activity counts, such as:
- Walking
- Running
- Cycling
- Swimming
- Gym workouts
- Group training
- Everyday movement
Choose the activity from the list that best matches what you’ve done. This is not a full training diary — for that, you can use other fitness apps.
Prizes
All teams that reach the goal before the challenge ends will be entered into a prize draw. Winners will be announced during our digital ceremony on May 21, 11:30–12:00.
Integrations
You don’t need a fitness watch. You can log activities manually via the website (www.reachingapp.com) or in the “Get Moving Challenge” app. If you prefer, you can connect Garmin, Fitbit, Google Fit, or Apple Health to automatically sync your steps.
How to join
This is a team challenge, so start by forming a team and choosing a team leader. A suitable team size is 4–10 people.
- Form your team
- Pick a fun team name
- Register
Registration deadline: Friday, April 17.

Game Rules
This is a team challenge where you and your team aim to collect 2,800 points on average per person. If you reach this goal, you make it all the way to the finish line. Some days you’ll earn more points, other days a bit less — aim for an average of 100 points per day.
How to Earn Points
- Log your workouts — exercise (minutes) and walking (steps). It is not allowed to report both exercise minutes and steps from the same session. If you choose to log your workout in minutes, you do not log steps for that same activity.
- Answer quiz questions that your team unlocks as you move forward on the game board.
- Collect bonus points by completing online classes or lectures.
- Complete simple weekly challenges (individually or as a group). Once you accept a weekly challenge, you have 7 days to complete it and 3 extra days to report it.
- New weekly challenges are released every Monday during the competition.
Examples of Point Distribution
- Registering 10,000 steps
- You earn 10 points for each correct quiz answer
- Weekly challenges award 10–100 points depending on the task
- In the training diary, you indicate whether your activity was light, moderate, or intense. The higher the intensity, the more points per minute. Use common sense and base it on how hard the activity feels.
Light: You can talk without difficulty.
Moderate: You are breathing heavier but can speak in sentences.
Intense: You are very out of breath and can only say a few words.
What if I Miss a Day?
If you start late, get sick, stay home with a child, or miss days for other reasons, you may log the same type of activity you would normally do on a “regular day.” This way, you avoid stress over things you can’t control and don’t fall behind.
Good Luck!
