FLIM system

This is an Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy system (detector, controller and 488nm pulsed laser) X16 from LaVision Biotech (now Miltenyi). It has not been used much. 

It was purchased in 2010 with a single Picoquant 488nm pulsed laser. This system was set up on a Nikon confocal and we worked a lot with Nikon to integrate it with our existing Nikon systems and trigger the FLIM detector with the Nikon software. We did get it to work but we never managed to do what we wanted: a time lapse with z stack. So the system was not used much.

5 years ago, after updating the confocal side, we could not get the triggering to work again. We thought that something was wrong with the FLIM and sent it back to LVBT. They said everything was working fine. This was in august 2019 but triggering the FLIM system from NIS elements did not work anyway. So we stopped using it and it is sitting on the shelf since. ☹

Soon we will completely change our confocal so we need to make space. If you are interested in getting our FLIM detector and laser, you can get them for free. Please let me know asap.
