Here you can read more about the support that the Student Wellbeing Centre offers to student groups and teachers/educational staff.

Workshops for classes

We offer workshops based on COPE – a handbook for student wellbeing.

Target group: students in early semesters

Duration: 1 hour

We can also conduct other seminars/workshops upon request. Possible themes include stress management, procrastination, overcoming fear of public speaking, performance anxiety, etc.

Guidance for teachers

We offer guidance to educational staff, individually or in groups, on student health issues such as:

  • Conflicts between students or between teachers and students.
  • Handling students with mental health issues or students with special needs.
  • Support and guidance in managing "difficult meetings" with students.

MHFA – Mental Health First Aid Course

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a course that provides participants with the necessary knowledge to offer support for mental health issues until professional help can be provided. The course, which spans 2 full days, gives an in-depth understanding of common psychiatric diagnoses and methods to identify and assist individuals in need of support. By participating in the MHFA course, you as a teacher will gain tools to effectively support your students and help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Here you can read more about the course.
